Apples and Pears : Mainly from Fance and Europe, we complete our range with fruit from southern hemisphere for continuous availability.
Fresh herbs  (Aromatic, arugula, baby spinach ...) : For these delicate and fragile products supply is depending on the season.
Exotic fruits: pineapple, banana, banana Fifi, mango, persimmon, pomegranate, fruit de la passion, litchi ... 
Citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon, orange, tangerine, mandarin): Mostly of Spanish and Italian, we assure a continuous supply thanks to the southern hemisphere.
Ratatouille vegetables (tomato, zucchini, peppers, eggplant ...): We prefer French producers and complete our supply, depending on the weather, with Spanish and Italian productions. We also offer a variety of heirloom tomatoes (Heart of Beef, Green Zebra, Yellow pineapple ...)
Mushrooms (shiitake, Porto Bello, Oyster mushroom, champignon de Paris): France and Holland Origin.
Salads  (Batavia, oak leaves, lettuce, chicory ...): Origin France.
Cabbage (cauliflower, cabbage broccoli, cabbage, red, sharp, Romanesco ...): Origin France and Europe.
Basic vegetables (potato, carrot, turnip, beet ...): We prefer French producers and complete our supply, depending on the weather, with Spanish and Italian productions.
Onions, garlic, shallots: Mainly from Europe. Products from Egypt and Argentina ensure a continuous supply throughout the year.
Melons and watermelons: Mainly from France, we supplement our supply with italian and spanish productions to extend the season and offer you different varieties.
Stone fruit (peach, apricot, plum, cherry): Principally from France, we supplement our supply with Italian and Spanish productions to extend the season
Red fruits: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and other berries
Forgotten vegetables: Jerusalem artichoke, rutabaga, salsify, parsnips
